Good content, small issue

I purchased the 'Tennis Strength and Conditioning Program' and found the workouts effective and well-explained. The overall experience was positive, and the program definitely helped my on-court performance. My only minor gripe was that accessing the videos initially felt a bit clunky on my phone. It eventually worked, but the interface could be smoother.

Comprehensive Off-Season Plan

I invested in the 'Off-Season Tennis Training Plan' and was quite pleased with the depth. The program covered a lot, from strength to agility, and even included some recovery protocols. I appreciated that they really broke down each exercise, making it easy to follow even without a coach present. Accessing the content after purchase was straightforward; I received an email with all the details quickly. I used it primarily on my laptop, which worked well for viewing the longer instructional videos. The only thing I'd suggest is perhaps a more interactive way to track progress within the platform itself, but otherwise, it's a solid plan that delivered on its promise.

Improved my game a lot

I got the 'Tennis Footwork Drills' last month and it's been great. My movement on court feels way better already. It was easy to get started after I paid and I just used my iPad. The drills are clear and I can do most of them right at home. I'm thinking about trying another program soon.

How legit are these programs? Are they actually good or just another generic workout plan rebranded for tennis?

J Jessica Hill 3 weeks ago
They're pretty solid. Designed by real tennis specific trainers, not just some random gym bro. Definitely not generic.

Yeah, I've used Essential Tennis before but Memberstennisfitness felt more targeted, especially for footwork and core stuff. You can tell it's not just a copy-paste job.

What's their return policy like? What if I buy a program and it's not what I expected?

B Brian Nguyen 2 weeks ago
I think they have a refund policy, but you'd have to check the exact terms on their site. It's usually within a certain number of days after purchase.

Pretty sure it's a standard digital product refund policy. Like, you can't just download it all and then ask for your money back. But if it truly doesn't work or isn't as advertised, they're generally pretty fair.

Anyone know if there are any current discount codes floating around? Trying to save a few bucks.

J Joseph 1 month ago
Check their newsletter signup! Sometimes they give a little intro discount for new subscribers. Worth a shot.

I usually see sales around big tournaments, like the US Open or something. Keep an eye out then. Or Black Friday, that's a big one for them.

Thinking of getting the annual plan, is it worth it? Or should I just buy individual programs as needed?

N Nick Wright 2 weeks ago
If you're serious about consistent training, the annual plan usually works out cheaper in the long run. Plus you get access to everything I think.

K Karen Flores 2 weeks ago
Depends on how many programs you want. If it's just one or two, maybe stick to individual. But for comprehensive stuff, annual usually has a decent discount.

Hey, thinking about getting one of the programs, do you get to keep access forever or is it like a monthly thing?

J Joseph Torres 2 weeks ago
Nah, it's usually a one-time purchase for the program you buy. You get access to it as long as the site is up, I think. Not a subscription model for individual programs.

Can confirm, bought the Junior program last year for my kid and we still have access. It's not a recurring charge.
